Pack Your Items

Ensure the garments are unworn, with all original tags attached, and place them securely in the original packaging.

Attach the Shipping Label

Print the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and affix it to the outside of your parcel, ensuring old labels are covered.

Drop Off and Track

Take your package to the nearest authorized drop-off point and keep your receipt; we will process your refund once the quality check is complete.
